TCArt: Training and Cooperation for Art Institutions

TCArt is a seminar for Art institutions that will give an overview of using the Erasmus+ program when working with young people. Moreover, international aspect of the seminar will bring opportunity to build partnerships for future Erasmus+ projects.

Description

No previous experience with project applications in Erasmus+ is required, however, you should be familiar with Erasmus+ opportunities to make the most of the seminar. This activity aims to connect art institutions internationally and help them take the first steps toward their future Erasmus+ art-educative projects.

This three-day seminar led by our Erasmus+ experienced trainers is for art workers engaging young people within their activities. The first (3rd December) and last day (7th December) of the activity are travel days.

The program will also allow participants to network with international organizations and youth workers. It will introduce participants to Czech art youth work best practices and explain how these projects fit into their organizations.

Profile of participants:

  • aged 18 and older;
  • with an intermediate to advanced English level to engage fully in discussions;
  • actively engaged in the field of art youth work;
  • able to attend all working days and sessions;
  • motivated and interested in the topics of the seminar,
  • motivated and willing to apply for Erasmus+ projects after this seminar,
  • with a positive attitude and motivation to cooperate in international teams and learn from and with the participants.

Accommodation and food

Unless specified otherwise, the hosting NA or SALTO of this offer will organise the accommodation and covers the costs for accommodation and food.

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ Youth in Action Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
