Project Management in Cooperation & Small-Scale Partnerships

The aim of this training course is to enhance the exchange of management channels and tools used to implement projects under Key Action 2, of the Erasmus+/Youth Programme. As well as to provide a networking space between participants.

AIM

The aim of this training course is to enhance the exchange of management channels and tools that are used to implement projects under KA 2 (Partnerships for Cooperation and Small Scale Partnerships) of the Erasmus+/Youth Programme.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop your competences in the youth sector and strengthen your skills in implementing projects under Key Action 2,
  • Create and foster a supportive community between youth workers and the organisations/institutions they work in,
  • Gain a networking space between them for future cooperation,
  • Exchange tools and good practices used in the implementation of Key Action 2 projects,
  • Gain experience in international cooperation,
  • Achieve high quality innovative results,
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of the possibilities offered to organisations under Erasmus+/Youth Key Action 2.

PARTICIPANTS PROFILE

Participants should:
- be active in the youth sector
- commit themselves to applying the skills they have acquired at work after the end of the activity
- create learning opportunities for young people, in particular for young people with fewer opportunities
- be at least eighteen (18) years old
- have the linguistic ability to communicate in English

DATE & PLACE

The activity will take place in Ioannina, Greece (Grand Serai Congress and Spa Hotel, Dodonis Avenue, 33, Ioannina 452 21).

All participants will be accommodated in twin rooms.

Accommodation and food

The hosting NA will organise the accommodation and cover the costs for accommodation and food.

Eastern Partnership countries, Erasmus+ Youth Programme countries, Western Balkan countries

Participation fee

This project is financed by the participating National Agencies (NAs) of the Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps Programme. The participation fee varies from country to country. Please contact your National Agency or SALTO Resource Centre (SALTO) to learn more about the participation fee for participants from your country.

Travel reimbursement

Please contact your NA or SALTO in order to know whether they would support your travel costs. If yes, after being selected, get in touch with your NA or SALTO again to learn more about the overall procedure to arrange the booking of your travel tickets and the reimbursement of your travel expenses.
